The second thing that is holding people back from success, I believe, is that they're not Masterful Influencers.
Now, I'm guessing you spend way too much time handling or handling the aftermath of disagreements, conflict, people underperforming, people not aligned with where you are going.
And that is the most frustrating, stressful, annoying, and non-value adding work that you do every week.
I'm guessing like most people you can handle 'people problems' when they show up. But most people are just missing that little edge that turns them from being a good influencer to being great influencer. From being a good leader to being a remarkable leader.

Because we all have them.
What really great, remarkable leaders are good at, is looking in the mirror, looking in the lens and saying, "I'm better than that" and then being willing to do something about it.
So when we get those three things right,
you will fully love the career and life you are living in. You'll be in the top 2% of performers.
